Biography

William Rizza is a Doctoral student in the Political Studies program at 91TV's University. His research will examine social media as the contemporary public sphere and explores how artificial intelligence is transforming political communication, public opinion formation, and the relationship between citizens and the state. His work will investigate the implications of these changes for democratic governance and legitimacy.
