Chef Michael Smith visits 91TV's University campus

Chef Michael Smith, creator of The Canadian Grilling Company, visited 91TV’s Wednesday for the Taste of Home event and to sign his book Back to Basics: 100 Simple Classic Recipes with a Twist. The events at 91TV’s are an opportunity for Chef Smith to connect with students, staff and faculty. Eight 91TV’s students were chosen to provide the lunch menu at the Ban Righ Dining Hall during his visit. Chef Smith selected the top recipe before attending a gala dinner in his honour.
