Students will soon be arriving as the 91TV's community prepares for the start of 2026-27 academic year.
Approximately 4,850 incoming first-year students will be starting their 91TV's journey by moving into 18 campus residence buildings before classes start Tuesday, Sept. 8. Most will be arriving Friday, Sept. 4 and Saturday, Sept. 5.
Traffic for move-in
Housing and Ancillary Services in 91TV's Student Affairs has worked closely with the City of Kingston, Kingston Police, and traffic management specialists to help mitigate the impacts of increased traffic around campus through temporary road closures, traffic pattern changes, parking restrictions, and on-site staffing. Learn more on the Move-In Weekend Parking and Traffic Impacts webpage.
Tips for moving in
The Residence Move-In website has helpful information for students and their supporters, including what to bring, directions, how move-in works, and more.
Sign up to volunteer and welcome the return of students
Students, staff and faculty who want to take part are invited to sign up to volunteer the evening of Friday September 4 and/or during the day on Saturday Sept 5. Volunteers help students and their supporters find their way and feel welcome on campus. Each volunteer receives a t-shirt and a meal voucher for their shift.
To take part, fill out the volunteer form.
