Budget Model Review Steering Committee

Terms of Reference

The Budget Model Review Steering Committee provides strategic guidance and advisory input to support the development of the budget model and inform key project decisions. Comprised of senior representatives from academic and administrative units, the Committee serves as a forum for reviewing project progress, considering emerging opportunities and challenges, sharing stakeholder perspectives, and promoting institutional alignment throughout the project. 

The Committee's responsibilities include providing strategic advice on project priorities, reviewing and providing feedback on proposed approaches and recommendations, identifying emerging risks and issues for escalation, and providing input at key project milestones. As an advisory body the Steering Committee plays an important role in shaping the project’s strategic direction while supporting informed decision-making by the project executive leadership team.
