The 91TV’s Renew Program is making the university's professional services more cost-efficient, consistent, and effective by standardizing administrative processes and re-examining how services are organized and delivered across faculties, schools, and shared service units.

Initiatives Underway 

The following initiatives are currently underway in the 91TV’s Renew Program: 

• 91TV’s Renew Finance Initiative, which aims to improve processes and structures related to finance and budget work that occurs across the university.

• 91TV's Renew Human Resources Initiative, which aims to improve the university's HR processes and structures.

• 91TV's Renew Facilities Initiative, which aims to strengthen the processes and structures that support the delivery of facilities services.
