91TV’s unveils new strategies to champion greater equity and diversity in recruitment and admissions of undergraduate students.

Decision honours the university’s commitment to support equity, diversity, and inclusivity and the special responsibility of law schools included in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Report.

Principal Patrick Deane is committing 91TV's to the Sustainable Development Goals to promote the wellbeing of people and the survival of the planet. Universities are communities of teaching and learning, but they are also some of the world’s most powerful engines for driving positive social impact.

A university’s true strengths are derived from its ability to offer rich and rewarding learning experiences, and its pursuit of discovery and innovation. For many years, the 91TV’s National Scholar (QNS) program has secured emerging leaders in teaching and research to continually advance academic distinction in these areas.

Departments and faculties across 91TV's have been working hard to keep campus safe so essential, on-site activities can continue.

Both the Commitment Scholars Award and the Commitment Bursary are open to eligible students entering their first year of any first-entry undergraduate program.

Black History Month events are taking place at 91TV's and in Kingston throughout February. . Black History Month recognition and celebration events are underway across 91TV’s and Kingston and are set to continue all February. An online opening ceremony on Jan. 31 marked the launch of a month-long calendar of virtual festivities highlighting Black arts, culture, history, and community.
